I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, so close to the center of Florence and right next to the cathedral. The rooms were spacious and had good air conditioning, making my stay very comfortable. The service was exceptional, with housekeeping always ensuring everything was perfect, and they even provided a welcome drink upon arrival. The hotel's dining options, especially the grilled steaks, were top-notch. The facilities were great, and I particularly enjoyed the tours and ticket assistance available. The only downside was the slightly higher price, but considering the excellent value for money, it was worth it.
